The general conditions mentioned above aim to define the contractual relations between COGNAC EXPERIENCEand the client. These conditions apply from April 15, 2019. Orders placed on the website www.cognac-experience.com, by telephone and by e-mail assume prior and unrestricted acceptance of these General Booking Conditions. There is implicit acceptance of these general conditions in the event of an order and confirmation thereof by having checked the box: “I have read and I accept the general conditions” in the event of an online reservation, or by signing this agreement.

These general conditions can be modified at any time byCOGNAC EXPERIENCE. They will be applicable and enforceable against third parties as soon as they are published on the website www.cognac-experience.com
Art. 4
On www.cognac-experience.com, you can order products with delivery ONLY to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. COGNAC EXPERIENCE does not deliver or ship any product outside the borders of Luxembourg. The products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from the order.

The customer will receive an e-mail from COGNAC EXPERIENCE acknowledging receipt of his order. This email must be kept and constitutes proof of the order.
Art. 6
COGNAC EXPERIENCE, ensures the quality of the content, photos and illustrations presented on the site www.cognac-experience.com. However, the photos and illustrations are only examples and COGNAC EXPERIENCEwill not be held responsible for these visuals, compared to the products delivered. Likewise, COGNAC EXPERIENCE cannot be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions concerning the offer of products offered on the site www.cognac-experience.com.

COGNAC EXPERIENCE offers items that are available while stocks last. Information relating to available quantities may be changed at any time without notice. En cas de rupture d’un produit, COGNAC EXPERIENCE informera son client par e-mail et proposera un produit de substitution, dans la limite des stocks disponibles.

The prices offered on the COGNAC EXPERIENCE website are inclusive of all taxes. COGNAC EXPERIENCE reserves the right to modify the prices offered for its items at any time and without notice.

The Customer must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the site www.cognac-experience.com.

The courts of the judicial district of Luxembourg have sole jurisdiction to resolve any dispute relating to the contractual relations covered by these general conditions.
