SINGULARITY: After spending 3 years in a barrel, this Pineau is prepared immediately for bottling in order to keep its balance, to keep its aromas of red fruits intact.
COLOR: Tiled red dress.
NOSE: On the fruit, clean, reminiscent of brandy cherry, prune.
MOUTH: Soft and fleshy, with notes of fruit to which are added spicy tones.
FINAL: Slightly maderized with just the right amount of freshness to ensure balance.
